Peng Liwei, male, Ph.D. in Philosophy, is a member of the Communist Party of China, professor, and master supervisor. He serves as the evaluation expert of undergraduate teaching work of the Ministry of Education, evaluation expert of national philosophy and social science work, and director of Hunan Society of Ethics.

He is now the deputy secretary of the CPC HIE Committee, responsible for organization, publicity, ideology, labor unions, stability, faculty complaints, etc., concurrently serving as the school’s spokesperson, in charge of the Organization Division (Party School, Party Committee, Poverty Alleviation Office), Publicity Division, United Front Work Division, Labor Union; co-manages Reform and Development Division; contacts Engineering Training Center, and branches of Zhi Gong party.
